Experienced Customer Care Agent – Weekend Shift / Part Time

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, who are financial institutions, banks, and credit unions of all sizes, as well as their clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
• Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Working part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) to ensure seamless support to our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)

• Feel deep accountability for the consistency and overall experience of the product
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to communicate effectively through written, video, and phone interactions

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, with a strong focus on respect, empathy, and proactive outreach
• Experience in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of financial services and products
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used in customer support
