About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Work Process Frameworks team as a Work Process Frameworks Examiner. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving process improvement and efficiency across our organization. Your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement will enable you to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Work Process Frameworks Examiner, you'll be responsible for:
Process Analysis:
Investigate and report on work processes and processes to identify areas for improvement
Data Analysis:
Work with data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform process improvements
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and communicate results to stakeholders
Dashboard Development:
Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to visualize data and track progress
Process Improvement:
Research and develop recommendations for process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes
Communication:
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and facilitate feedback and input
Essential Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
Experience:
2+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or technical project management
Skills:
+ Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality management + Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) + Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma)
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Degree:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
Certifications:
Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
Programming Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
DevOps Experience:
Knowledge of DevOps metrics and LEAN software delivery principles
