The Role

We are seeking an experienced Admin/Customer Service/HR professional to join our "Experience Team" in a fully remote role. This is a key department in our company, responsible for managing our customers/workforce throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboard to offboard, responding to all inquiries (no matter how big/small), and delivering an exceptional and proactive service. As an Admin/Customer Service/HR professional, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing timely, personable responses to incoming inquiries via phone and email, and navigating our proprietary workforce management software and other vendor systems fluently to support incoming queries.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and produce solutions

  • Employ a solutions-focused mindset to resolve incoming worker and client issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our growing workforce and client base through timely, personable response to incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Navigate our proprietary workforce management software and other vendor systems fluently and utilize the information housed by these to support incoming queries
  • Represent the company's tone of voice and core values in every interaction internally and externally
  • Demonstrate understanding of the wider business and industry and establish yourself as an expert in employment services both internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to provide a seamless experience to both workers and clients and contribute materially to ideas to improve processes
  • Contribute to internal company culture by employing a team-first mindset

About You

* You are looking for a fully remote position

  • You have worked for over 2 years in an Administration or Customer Success (CS) position, ideally in the HR/Staffing industry or with a SaaS company
  • You have experience working with CS ticketing systems
  • You have loads of initiative, love organizing and balancing lots of things at once, while able to quickly identify and prioritize what's urgent
  • You are a people person with engaging written and spoken communication skills, who is comfortable handling even challenging conversations with a positive, empathetic, and calm approach
  • You have a high attention to detail. Every interaction and input matter.
  • You are a resourceful learner, a critical thinker, solutions-focused, and can explain complex terms simply

What We Offer

* Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Fully remote role – we do require that you have an adequate and reliable internet connection (ideally with a minimum of 50mbps/50mbps), and have a workspace/office set-up that is fully-functioning, where you can work without interruption and background disruptions
