Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
- Resolving customer queries, preventing issues, and delighting customers with personalized support experiences
- Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer issues
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Working in a high-energy environment, multi-tasking, and adapting to changing priorities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- A minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
Preferred Qualifications
