Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues relating to Internet purchases
• Issuing membership cancellations
• Fielding in-bound calls
• Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
• Maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year or more of experience in the Customer Service industry
• Previous call center experience is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Proficiency navigating the Internet
