Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home – Part Time Remote Focus Group Panelist, you will have the flexibility to work from home, participate in online or in-person discussions, and earn a competitive salary. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for temporary, part-time, or full-time work, with no previous experience required.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, and provide honest feedback on products and services
- Use products and/or services provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meetings
- Complete written surveys for each panel
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
- Review and use new products or services before they are released to the public
Essential Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No previous customer service representative agent experience is necessary

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
