The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and online chat. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through phone and online chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to delivery or payment
  • Collaborating with our sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and online chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to delivery or payment
  • Collaborate with our sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the company

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales and customer service software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Competitive salary starting at $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
