The Role

As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers while ensuring that their travel experiences are smooth and hassle-free. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and checking in passengers, handling their luggage, and providing assistance with any travel-related queries
  • Managing ticketing and baggage handling processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for our passengers
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as travel regulations and policies
  • Adhering to safety and security protocols, ensuring that all passengers and staff are protected at all times

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of a customer-facing role, including standing for long periods and lifting luggage

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Ticket/Gate Agent or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of travel regulations and policies, as well as airline operations and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse linguistic backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
