Job Summary

As a Sr. Coordinator Service Center, you will provide administrative support to directors and their service center teams, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and demonstrating significant judgment, courtesy, creativity, and drive. You will be responsible for scheduling management, coordinating meetings, phone calls, and large group gatherings, as well as leading and directing group needs, such as requesting division supplies, maintaining the inventory area, assisting with planning and executing all-group events, updating group communication sheets, making travel arrangements for leaders, and handling expenses.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to directors and their service center teams, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and demonstrating significant judgment, courtesy, creativity, and drive.

  • Hold responsibility for administrative tasks, such as scheduling management, coordinating meetings, phone calls, and large group gatherings.
  • Lead and direct group needs, such as:

+ Requesting division supplies + Maintaining the inventory area + Assisting with planning and executing all-group events + Updating group communication sheets + Making travel arrangements for leaders + Handling expenses

  • Aid the onboarding and setup of new colleagues, planning the group acknowledgment program, participating in division projects and activities as assigned, and serving as a continuous resource for the service center(s) you support.
  • Center liabilities of this occupation are portrayed inside this expected set of responsibilities. Work obligations might change out of the blue because of business needs.

Anticipated Hours/Timetable

* Variable 40 hours Monday-Friday 8:4:30pm CST with a periodic later shift 1-2x every month (arranged out ahead of time).

  • Work nearby at arenaflex Printing Services in Brooklyn Park, MN 1-2 days/week.

About You

* Secondary School education or GED

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Capability in Standpoint, Word, Succeed, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Task-oriented with a superb sense of priority and the ability to manage multiple tasks; adaptable with a high level of drive and ability to adjust a fluctuating responsibility
