Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the improvement process for the Manhattan market of New York Metro. In this role, you will be expected to be highly collaborative with all aspects of the organization, enthusiastically embracing public speaking and managing uncertainty. In this dynamic exchange region, you will help expand upon the proven successful arenaflex plan of action for the development of new stores, market planning, key initiatives, and advancing the current store base.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in New York City, you will:
- Own and manage the development assumptions for new stores
- Enhance, create, and manage the strategy for the current store portfolio, including overseeing renovations, developments, and migrations
- Assemble and foster strong internal and external business relationships while managing external resources
Requirements
We'd love to hear from individuals with:
- Periods of experience in New York City Land deal-making and exchange insight
- Periods of Land Site Improvement experience
- Stretches of financial planning and housing market analysis experience

Work Environment and Culture
Up-and-comers should live in New York City or the New York Metro region, this job is office-based in the arenaflex corporate Midtown office in Manhattan. Up-and-comers might have the option to use an adaptable work environment that considers crossbreed work 1-2 days out of each week.
