Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing personalized travel recommendations, booking services, and exceptional customer support. You'll work closely with our travel partners and vendors to customize vacation experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities

  • Process payments on behalf of clients and provide all necessary documents before and after travel
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
  • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
  • Stay current on industry developments and best practices, completing required certification and ongoing training
  • Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to manage client relationships, bookings, and communications

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older, with a valid US driver's license (if applicable)

  • Reliable smartphone and/or computer with internet access
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact, negotiate, and build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with the travel industry, including destinations, products, and services
  • Certification in travel sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software, travel management systems, and other industry-specific tools
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, policies, and best practices
