Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Professional, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and tenants receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants
  • Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using various computer programs and systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with available shifts all days except Sundays. Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $45.00 - $55.00 per hour.
