Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer calls, inquiries, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
  • Effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Entering service data into computer systems and logging information about customer interactions
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

Qualifications:

* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience

  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
