Experienced Customer Service Representative – Math Learning Center Operations

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Positively interacting with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering any inquiries
  • Conducting sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
  • Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities
  • Conducting student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
  • Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels
  • Supporting center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
  • Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra 2+
  • Prior working experience in customer service
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, detail-oriented, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience teaching or working with students
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
