Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our team, who will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions and contribute to the development of our content portfolio. As a key member of our High-Level Investigation, Content group, you will work closely with our team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
- Collaborate with our content development team to advance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in media and entertainment, with a passion for TV and film content
- Strong experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Strong experience in data wrangling and data preprocessing
