Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry and server farm management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to guarantee the functional manageability of the basic framework that upholds our airport communication spaces.
• Managing IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, preventive maintenance systems of support and break/fix services for server farm basic framework, IT validation labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
• Providing IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
• Coordinating with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Managing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring all basic offices framework for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Developing server farm and remote communication room guidelines for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
• Supporting IT offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of significant experience.
• Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework.
• Project management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus on safety and security of self, others, and personal information.

What Will Give You an Upper Hand (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:

• Four-year college education or 5 or more years of significant experience.
• IT Project Management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
