Escrow Assistant (hybrid)

First American is a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services for real estate transactions. They are seeking an Associate Escrow Assistant to support the Escrow team through customer support and administrative duties, playing a key role in the escrow process and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, responding to lender and attorney requests, processing revisions/updates, and post-closing
  • Communicate regularly with customers including answering calls and responding to emails
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous escrow-related experience
