Sales Development Representative

Remote role Full-time Open position

Quickbase is on a mission to end Gray Work by empowering organizations with their Dynamic Work Management platform. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify sales opportunities while building strong business relationships and delivering Quickbase's value proposition to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • You will identify top quality opportunities for our sales team through discovery and qualification of outbound and inbound leads
  • You will effectively deliver Quickbase value proposition to new prospects and existing customers
  • You will consistently reach daily goals of calls and emails per day
  • You will source new leads through creative outbound methods
  • You will achieve daily, weekly and monthly pipeline goals
  • You will create weekly call plans outlining how you will have success with your account team
  • You will identify sales opportunities and engage with prospects

Skills

  • Eager to learn and grow your career in software
  • 1+ Years of sales or other relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Sales Prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha)
  • Understanding of sales process such as Force Management or MEDDPICC
