Administrative Assistant - Clinical Operations

Vascular Wellness is a clinically driven company delivering top-notch vascular access services to patients in the Central and Southeastern United States. They are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to provide comprehensive organizational and clerical support to the clinical operations team, acting as a central point of contact and assisting with various functions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general office support as needed and directed in the following areas
  • Internal reporting
  • Travel arrangements
  • Schedule management
  • Supply/equipment management
  • Fleet management
  • Credentialing/maintenance notifications
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Related experience
  • Valid, active driver's license, reliable transportation
  • Occasional lifting/carrying up to 20lbs
  • Occasional in-state, same-day traveling, less than 5%
  • Located within 35 miles of our main office in Cary, NC
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management, support and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle and compartmentalize confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Excellent customer service
  • Independent problem solver
