Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details. This role is part of our support for the state-funded FL Healthy Kids program, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, fast food, or other customer-facing environment

  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of health insurance plans and premium details
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
