Job Summary:

arenaflex is actively recruiting for the role of Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – DevOps Data Platform Development. This position is based in Remote and we're looking to fill it quickly. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. This role offers a salary package of a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead DevOps methodology covering planning, development of tools, practices, and culture

• Establish and implement DevOps best practices, including form control, code review, automated testing, and infrastructure systems
• Model and oversee infrastructure as code, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar, to provision and manage assets across cloud environments
• Execute and oversee CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar, ensuring fast and reliable application deployment
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure teams are adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and analyze DevOps pipelines and practices, identifying areas for improvement, advancement, and automation to enhance deployment/failback consistency and accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps environment
• Coach and provide technical guidance to junior colleagues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience working in public cloud environments, GCP (e.g.)/Azure/ AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for automating asset provisioning and deployment
• Active involvement in CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex DevOps stage issues and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud Logging Solutions) ensuring application performance and system health

• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including experience with vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, and secure infrastructure practices
• Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence as well as Gitlab
• Leadership experience, including coaching and directing junior specialists, is a plus
