Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Investigation Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including record managers, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. Your expertise will help drive business growth, inform strategic decisions, and enhance our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from multiple sources, including record managers, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Clean and design data to ensure it's compatible with our systems
- Support record managers in meeting requests and requirements
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage tasks
- Participate in special projects and research demands
- Provide tailored reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions and drives
- Develop presentations with data-driven insights to support executive-level discussions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data science, computer science)
