Job Summary

As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
