Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating support tickets in the CRM system
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
  • Assisting customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management
  • Collecting and relaying customer feedback to help improve products and services
  • Staying up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and procedures
