The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer experience, providing top-notch support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient way
  • Providing product information and demos to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
