The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, engaging with clients in real-time through live chat on our clients' websites or social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support, answering queries, offering solutions, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle live chat communications on a business's website or social media platforms

  • Respond to customer questions, provide sales links, offer discounts, and manage service issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer support services

Requirements:

* Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection
  • No prior experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
