Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Data Entry Clerk to accurately input and manage various types of data within our company database. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which will directly impact our business operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Input data from various sources into our company database
- Review data for errors or redundancies
- Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
- Update customer information in a secure manner
- Organize existing data across multiple spreadsheets
- Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
- Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
- A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Successful candidates will complete a four-week training program
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields a plus
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets preferred
- Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is a plus
- Excellent familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Good command of English, both oral and written, along with customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work a rotating roster

Compensation and Benefits
* Negotiable salary based on skills, ranging between $58,000 to $70,000 + superannuation and extensive employee benefits
