Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative - Chat. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through online chat, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are exceptional. Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.

  • Provide in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
