Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers
- Taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to resolve queries and issues
- Identifying customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
- Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Ability to handle 80-100 calls per day
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including 9-hour shifts and flexible hours
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 20 WPM
- 0-6 months of experience in a customer service or BPO environment
- Freshers (2022 and above pass out) or up to 2 years of experience
