Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues and exceed customer expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment

  • Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar banking or financial institution
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)

Work from Home Requirements

* Reliable private internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

  • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
  • Private network with password protection, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
  • No hotspots or satellite services allowed

Compensation and Benefits

* $21 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, and Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
