Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues with our web and cloud applications
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, including their technical and client-facing aspects
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, onboarding, and account management, to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience providing customer support for SaaS companies, with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web and cloud technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with various customer support platforms, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously
