Job Overview

We are seeking a Specialty Lines Assistant to support quoting and proposal creation for various insurance lines, including auto, umbrella, and inland marine. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotes and preparation of proposals while maintaining high attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details Work set up: Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Manila time) Holiday: Will follow US holidays

Responsibilities

  • Complete quoting and proposal tasks within designated priority timelines.
  • Prepare accurate insurance quotes and proposals across specialty lines.
  • Collaborate with in-office and offshore teams to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
  • Review and double-check all documents to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce mistakes.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous learning activities.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work consistently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in insurance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, PL Rater, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in quoting or proposal preparation is an advantage.
