Senior Consultant - Supply Chain & Operations

As a member of EY-Parthenon's Performance Improvement team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic execution for global clients. Your main responsibilities will involve diagnosing operational challenges, designing solutions, and implementing transformation programs to drive Operational Excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose client challenges related to supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and manufacturing to identify performance improvement opportunities. - Design and implement customized solutions aligned with client objectives by leveraging industry best practices, digital tools, and analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to execute operational excellence programs effectively. - Assist in developing operating models, network strategies, process redesign, and cost optimization initiatives. - Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients clearly. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Preferred MBA from Tier-1 institutes such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, etc. - Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in areas like Supply Chain Strategy & Operations, Procurement Transformation, Manufacturing/Plant Operations, Logistics, Warehousing & Inventory Optimization, or Supply Chain Planning. Technical & Functional Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. - Hands-on experience or working knowledge of supply chain tools like SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder (JDA), Kinaxis, or equivalent ERP/SCP platforms. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
