The Opportunity:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Bilingual, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting company sales goals by promoting arenaflex's products and services to clients
  • Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals
  • Appropriately applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving grievances, and building strong relationships with clients
  • Utilizing strong phone presence and dialing multiple calls per day to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting arenaflex's products and services to clients

  • Customize financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals
  • Apply all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving grievances, and building strong relationships with clients
  • Utilize strong phone presence and dialing multiple calls per day to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in sales, collections, or financial services

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed 40 wpm minimum)
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire for professional growth
  • Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business
  • High School diploma or College preferred

  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
