Role Overview

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assisting customers with product-related questions and concerns
  • Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide product information and troubleshoot issues
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
