Your Role:

• Accurately input, organize, and update legal documents and case data using arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools

• Review and verify information to maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Use legal templates and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Support attorneys and paralegals remotely via email and internal systems, providing timely and effective support to meet the needs of our clients
• Work independently with flexible hours to meet daily/weekly targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Good typing speed (40+ WPM preferred), with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
