Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Operations Manager to lead our global process optimization and customer experience enhancement initiatives. As a seasoned operations professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and systems to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You will lead high-performing teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation and change management initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain processes and systems to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives, drive process excellence, and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive business excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, business administration, engineering)

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, process optimization, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive cultural transformation
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to drive innovation and change management initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile
  • Familiarity with global process optimization and customer experience enhancement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, business administration, engineering)

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, process optimization, or a related field
  • Experience with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Prosci
  • Familiarity with global process optimization and customer experience enhancement tools and technologies
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations to drive business growth
