Job Summary
As a Freight Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex's freight operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our freight services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Process and manage freight shipments, including tracking and tracing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours
