The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat on our business websites and social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering valuable discounts to customers
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
