Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. If you're a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer transactions, including cancellations and refunds
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
