The Role:
As a Polish Language Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Facilitating interactive and creative communication with customers/subscribers through Instant Messaging
- Providing a personalized experience that meets the subscriber's/user's needs for improvement in the sales process and systems
- Ensuring greater sales effectiveness and efficiency through effective communication and problem-solving
