Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Availability to work a late night shift (typically 10pm-6am)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
