Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Online Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective solutions
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Utilizing knowledge base and resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $49.00/hour.
