Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner, providing effective solutions and escalating as necessary
- Analyzing customer issues and providing appropriate solutions or escalating as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent client services

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
