The Opportunity

As an HSN Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized solutions to their inquiries. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and exceed their expectations. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, making it an ideal fit for those who enjoy creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Personalize the customer experience by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve complex issues, including refunds, payments, and order placement
  • Analyze account data to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens to assist customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT when necessary
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required

What You Bring

* Must reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking opportunities available
  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume call environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Availability to work a set schedule with some flexibility

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting rate: $15.00/hour

  • Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual Specialists
  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)

Training and Development

* Six-week paid training program with full attendance and involvement required

  • Training schedule and working schedule after training will be different

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

  • Headset compatible with HSN specifications (HSN reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services not permitted)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks not supported
