Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving complex issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while also meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer support and experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the aviation industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to work in a hybrid remote role, with occasional on-site visits to arenaflex's headquarters or other locations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with airline operations, including ticketing, baggage handling, and customer service

  • Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards, including TSA and FAA requirements
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or hospitality
