Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them navigate their healthcare plans, and making a positive difference in their lives. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued, heard, and supported
  • Help clients navigate their healthcare plans, answering questions and providing guidance on coverage, benefits, and claims
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and informed support to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and best practices
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
