Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide data entry support, and contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries from customers in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide data entry support, including typing and navigating complex data systems
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to resolve customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize Microsoft suite to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
