Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving issues related to billing, accounts, subscriptions, and ticketing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center preferred
