Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve business objectives
- Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
- A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- A background in sales, marketing, or a related field
- A strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
Physical Requirements
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
